Manufacturing Process

Our IHS (Integrated Heat Spreader) manufacturing process encompasses a comprehensive series of steps, including stamping, flattening, sandblasting, nickel/gold plating, laser engraving, and final inspection. Each stage is carefully monitored with precision measurements to ensure optimal flatness and surface integrity. By implementing quality control at every step, we guarantee consistent performance and high reliability in every finished product.

We provide comprehensive mold design and stamping analysis capabilities, enabling fast and efficient development directly from 2D or 3D drawings. Through advanced simulation and process analysis, we significantly reduce tooling lead time while enhancing production yield and consistency. This integrated approach ensures faster time-to-market and improved reliability across various applications.

Our tooling process integrates advanced CNC machining, EDM, and wire cutting technologies to ensure precision and repeatability in mold fabrication. Each tool undergoes rigorous First Article Inspection (FAI) and CPK testing to validate dimensional accuracy and process stability. For quality assurance, we utilize a comprehensive range of inspection equipment, including Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), 3D optical scanners, profilometers, and image dimension systems. These tools support automated inspection workflows, enabling high-throughput validation and consistent product quality across all production stages.
